Mr. Tom leads corporate strategy for Cisco’s datacenter and optics/optical businesses and silicon engineering group, and drives AI strategy for the company. He began his career at Bain & Company as an Associate Consultant, had a brief stint as a founder, then transitioned into middle market sell-side advisory at Peakstone across technology, services, and healthcare.

Tom Cong holds an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management and a BA in Economics from the University of Chicago.
